1. What this Site is
The Site publishes information about SuperHumanizer, articles about writing with AI, and a link to the product. The SuperHumanizer tool is not hosted here. It runs on superhumanizer.ai and is governed by the terms published on that site, which are separate from these.
2. Using the Site
You may read, link to and share the Site freely. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting, or any connected system;
- interfere with the Site's availability, including through automated overload;
- scrape or republish the Site's content at scale, or present it as your own;
- use the SuperHumanizer name or logo in a way that suggests an affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist.
3. Intellectual property and brand
Everything on the Site, including the text, articles, layout, design, code, graphics and the SuperHumanizer name and logo, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. The name SuperHumanizer and its logo identify our product across our domains and applications.
You may quote short extracts from our articles with clear attribution and a link to the source page. Any other reproduction, redistribution or commercial use needs our written permission. Registering domains, accounts, app listings or business names that imitate the SuperHumanizer mark, or otherwise passing services off as ours, is prohibited and may be acted on.
4. No professional advice
Articles here are general information about writing, editing and AI text tools. They are not legal, academic, financial or professional advice, and they do not state what any third party will accept. You remain responsible for the rules of any institution, employer or platform you submit work to, including any policy on the use of AI tools. Academic integrity rules differ between institutions, and complying with yours is your responsibility.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Once you leave, the terms and privacy policy of the destination site apply.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may update these terms. Material changes will show in the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the revised terms.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Product descriptions and performance statements on this Site are indicative and may change as the product changes.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity arising from your use of the Site or your inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections under your local law.
